I have been getting facials...oh for forever (okay, actually 13 years), and the 2.5 hour facial I got from Tatum was amazing. Located in a cozy little yellow home on Alton, she did a skin analysis, prepped and exfoliated multiple times, then steamed and layered on masks. The whole time she was warm, and educated me on the whole process. Every pore was examined, and she discussed preventative measures too. My favorite part was the oatmeal facial, it smells like cinnamon rolls. No cheesy enya-ish music, but nice Norah Jones. At the end, she even offered me some almonds and cherries. I loved the immediate effect.What a rare finding of a professionalism, knowledge and experience in one person!!! The owner is fabulous! Everything I "threw" at her (light therapy, skinceuticals, adult acne..) she had knowledge about it! I will come back!
